Return Eligibility & Restrictions

To maintain product integrity and compliance with manufacturer standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Special Order Parts
• Electrical Components
• Items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery

We appreciate your understanding that these restrictions are necessary to ensure the authenticity, performance, and reliability of all parts we provide.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an incorrect item has been shipped, we are here to assist you promptly.

Please contact us within 7 business days of delivery by submitting a Return Request through the "Contact Us" section of our website. To expedite resolution, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, our team will coordinate the appropriate resolution, including replacement or return instructions.

Approved cases involving damaged or incorrect items will not incur restocking fees, and return shipping will be arranged accordingly.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• All original components, materials, and documentation must be included
• Items must be in resalable condition upon inspection

Return Process

For all eligible returns, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required prior to sending any items back.

To initiate a return, please submit a Return Request through our website. Once approved, detailed return instructions and your RA# will be provided.

Returns received without a valid RA# may not be accepted.

Fees & Shipping

• Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• A valid proof of purchase is required
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

Please allow at least 14 business days from the time your return is received and approved for processing. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Warranty Policy

Parts Warranty

All parts purchased through MaseratiPartsDirect.com are covered under the official Maserati Parts Warranty and are subject to its terms and conditions. Warranty coverage is provided for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of purchase.

We are pleased to assist in facilitating all warranty claims to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

This warranty applies solely to defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. It does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact us within the applicable warranty period and provide proof of purchase. A Return Authorization (RA #) will be issued for any approved warranty evaluation. All parts must be returned for inspection prior to any warranty determination.
